Buoy Scorpena D2, (DDNAN001) (Scorpena Cup 2019)

The Scorpena D2 buoy boat is an improved version of the Scorpena D model and is designed to accompany the underwater hunter when he is significantly removed from the starting point for a long time.

The buoy has an updated bright orange outer cover made of durable 600 DEN polyester and coated on both sides with water-repellent polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

In the bow there is a voluminous compartment in which you can place either heavy prey after hunting or a lot of useful things, from an anchor and a skein of a tench to a repair kit, or a sealed package with communication and navigation means, a thermos and a supply of food for a snack. The compartment is closed from above with a wide textile lid with Velcro fasteners. The well thought-out and convenient cover differs from the fastening of the cargo compartment of most similar rafts. The new cover will prevent luggage from falling out of the compartment even when carrying the buoy on its back and reliably hides the contents of the cargo compartment from prying eyes of strangers.

On the sides there are elastic bands for fixing guns with hooks at the end, which allow you to quickly and firmly fasten the guns on the sides of the raft. After many tests in difficult conditions, we increased the length of the elastic bands, which allows us to secure a fairly bulky weight. It is convenient to operate the fasteners even with gloves; they do not lose their elasticity when the temperature drops, as is often the case with other types of fasteners.

The buoy boat has three independent compartments with internal air chambers. This design allows the hunter to lie down with his chest on the aft cushion chamber and rest on the surface without making any efforts to keep himself on the surface. If you need to cover long distances in the water, the buoy can be used as a support for the upper body, while freely paddling with fins in the water.

The buoy boat is equipped with 7 large plastic half rings on the bottom and sides for attaching additional accessories, shoulder straps for carrying and for securing the buoyp (a line that connects the raft to the underwater hunter).

In the front part, along the sides of the buoy, there are 2 strong volume handrails. You can hold on to them to lie down on your chest on the raft while moving around the water area, while resting or towing the raft to the dive site.

The set comes with a 20x30 cm flag with a 50 cm long flagpole for better identification of the buoy in the water, which makes it more visible for boats.
