Tube is all made of medical TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). It weighs only 73 grams, which allows it to float on the water surface. So it would be very difficult to lose it and it can serve you faithfully for many years!
Although the main purpose of the tube SCORPENA E is spearfishing, it is also suitable for scuba diving, snorkeling and free diving. The tube bends well enough! And under snags or reeds you can dive without fear that the tube, caught in the obstacle on top, will rip the mask from the face or mouth of will turn off the mouthpiece. In addition, the flexible tube, when hitting the rocks or twigs, produces much less noise than plastic or aluminum. It will be a nice bonus when hunting fearful and cautious fish. The increased diameter of the cross section allows to breathe freely for hours and without stagnant zones. The soft edges of the mouthpiece of the tube allow to keep it without excessive force in your lips and thus makes your diving with it more comfortable.
Its main difference from other SCORPENA tubes - the presence of the poppet valve at the bottom of the tube through which during the ascent is removed most of the water trapped in the tube after diving. This valve also outputs water while blowing and prevents its further squelch at the bottom of the tube. The result - the peace and quiet for you, and for the fish around you!
